1. Who these terms are between

This website is operated by Nebula Systems Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202001013844), of Unit B-12-12, Prima Avenue, Jalan PJU 1/39, Dataran Prima, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using it.

2. The content here is descriptive, not contractual

Service pages describe what we do and are accurate as written at the effective date above. They are not an offer capable of acceptance. Availability, scope, commercial terms, and service levels are settled per case in a proposal.

3. Consoles, charts, and job feeds are illustrations

Several pages show a provisioning run, a utilisation gauge, a patch window, a capacity forecast, a triage queue, or an assessment findings summary. Every one of these is labelled a mockup on the page itself. They contain no customer's data, they are not live telemetry, and they are not a representation of performance you will receive. Severity words such as critical and high are used in their ordinary technical sense, and are not inflated for effect.

4. Credentials we state, and what they cover

NACSA licence

Nebula Systems is licensed by the National Cyber Security Agency as a cybersecurity service provider for SOC and penetration testing services under the Cyber Security Act 2024. That is a licence to provide those services. It is not a certification of your environment, and it is not a warranty of any outcome.

Malaysia Digital status

We are a Malaysia Digital certified partner under MDEC's national digital economy initiative.

Facility certifications

PCI DSS certification and Tier ratings referenced on our pages belong to the data centre operators that hold them, including CX1 Cyberjaya and AIMS Kuala Lumpur. They are not certifications of Nebula Systems, and hosting with us does not transfer them to you.

Vendor certifications

Certifications across Apache CloudStack, VMware, VyOS, Veeam, and Proxmox are held by named individual engineers.

5. Compliance obligations stay yours

We can host your workloads, protect your data, assess your posture, and give you evidence to hand an auditor. None of that transfers your regulatory duties to us. An assessment shows where you stand against your obligations; meeting them remains your responsibility. Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, or financial advice.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• submit the enquiry form with false details, or use it to send unsolicited marketing;
• attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of this website without our written authorisation;
• scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, or copy it wholesale;
• use the site or our marks to imply an endorsement, partnership, or certification that does not exist.

On the second point specifically: we test systems for a living and we have no objection to a responsible disclosure. Write to sales@nebulasystems.net first and we will scope it with you.

7. Intellectual property

The Nebula Systems, Clousar, and Schrodinger names, logos, and lockups, together with the text, diagrams, and design of this site, belong to Nebula Systems Sdn. Bhd.. You may quote or link to pages with attribution. You may not reproduce the marks or reuse the design system without written permission. Third-party product names are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively.

8. Links out

Where we link to a third party, we do not control that site and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

9. Availability and accuracy

We keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. We may change, move, or withdraw pages at any time. Our commitments about availability apply to services under contract, not to this marketing site.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or anticipated savings, arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Liability under a signed services contract is governed by that contract.

11. Personal data

How we handle personal data collected through this site is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes

We will update the effective date above when these terms change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
