What buyers ask.
Which facilities, exactly?
CX1 Cyberjaya and AIMS Kuala Lumpur. Both are PCI DSS certified and rated Tier III or above. The certifications belong to the facilities; your own compliance scope stays yours.
Can we visit before signing?
Yes. Facility tours are arranged as part of scoping.
Who racks the equipment?
Either party. Supervised self-install or full install by Nebula engineers, documented either way.
What if we outgrow the rack?
Contracts scale from half rack upward. Growth within the same facility keeps your cross connects intact.
Can colocation and cloud mix?
Yes. Colocated hardware and Clousar cloud sit on the same network fabric, so hybrid designs are ordinary, not special projects.
