Tenancy design comes first: isolation, network segments, and storage tiers sized to your case, not a template. The stack runs on Apache CloudStack in PCI DSS certified, Tier III or above Malaysian facilities. DR targets attach on the same fabric.

How is this different from a hyperscaler?
Fewer services, sized right. Local billing with no FX exposure, no metered egress, and a named engineer instead of a support tier. Burst workloads can stay where they are; steady-state workloads are what move well.
What platform is underneath?
Clousar cloud is built on Apache CloudStack. On-premise private cloud is delivered on Proxmox VE, VMware, or Hyper-V to fit the estate you already run.
Where do the workloads physically run?
CX1 Cyberjaya and AIMS Kuala Lumpur. Both facilities are PCI DSS certified and rated Tier III or above. Data stays in Malaysia.
Is there an SLA?
Yes, SLA-backed in the contract. Figures live in the proposal, not the website.
How does migration work?
Assess, mirror, cut over. Parallel-run until you sign off. From a hyperscaler, from on-prem, or from another MSP.
