What buyers ask.
Do you resell specific hardware brands?
Vendor selection is on merit per case. The accountability sits with Nebula either way: one contract covers supply, design, and deployment.
Can you take over an estate someone else built?
Yes. Audit, document, and stabilize first, then refresh on a plan instead of on failures.
Who runs it after deployment?
Your team, with a full handover, or Nebula under Managed Operations. Most customers land in between: you own the applications, we own the plumbing.
Can on-premise and cloud mix?
Yes. On-premise hardware, colocation, and Clousar cloud sit on the same network fabric, so hybrid designs are ordinary.
What about backup for on-premise systems?
Schrodinger data protection attaches directly: onsite repository for fast restores, encrypted offsite copy in a Tier III+ facility.
