06 · AIOPS
Told what is about to break. Not what already did.
Nebula Systems provides AIOps for infrastructure in Malaysia through its Clousar brand. It sits on top of Managed Operations and turns monitoring into prevention: anomalies flagged, capacity forecast, noise correlated into causes.
01 · WHAT YOU GET
Monitoring, upgraded to foresight.
BASELINE
Anomaly detection
Models learn what normal looks like for your estate and flag the deviations that matter.
FORECAST
Predictive capacity
Disk, memory, and bandwidth exhaustion forecast weeks out, with a date attached.
SIGNAL
Alert correlation
Alert storms collapsed into single incidents with a probable root cause.
SIGNAL
Noise reduction
Thresholds tuned by the data, so the alerts that arrive are the ones worth reading.
TREND
Drift and degradation
Slowdowns caught while they are still trends, before they become tickets.
ACT
Runbook triggers
Predictions routed into the same runbooks Managed Operations already runs.
02 · WHERE IT SITS
On top of Managed Operations.
The telemetry Managed Operations already collects becomes the training data. Models baseline your estate, flag what deviates, and forecast what runs out. The same engineers act on it, now ahead of the failure instead of behind it.
03 · WHO IT FITS
Three situations we see weekly.
The disk filled on a Friday night
Capacity failures are the most predictable outages in IT. Forecasting turns them into purchase orders.
Two hundred alerts, one cause
A switch reboot floods the inbox. Correlation collapses the storm into a single incident with a named root.
It was slow before it broke
Degradation precedes failure. Baselines catch the drift weeks before the threshold alert would fire.
04 · FAQ
What buyers ask.
Can we buy AIOps without Managed Operations?
No. AIOps runs on the telemetry and the runbooks that Managed Operations provides. Prediction without hands to act on it is just a nicer alert.
What data does it need?
The metrics, logs, and events already collected from your estate. Nothing leaves Malaysia; models run against your telemetry, not a shared pool.
Does this replace the engineers?
It points them. The same on-call engineers act on predictions instead of failures, which is cheaper for you and quieter for everyone.
How is this different from the monitoring we have?
Monitoring fires when a threshold is crossed. AIOps says which threshold will be crossed, roughly when, and what else it will take down.
Which estates does it cover?
The same ones Managed Operations covers: Clousar cloud, colocation, and on-premise estates on Proxmox VE, VMware, or Hyper-V.

Prediction is only useful with hands to act on it.
