05 · MANAGED OPERATIONS
Your IT team is one to five people. Ours joins it.
Nebula Systems provides managed IT operations in Malaysia through its Clousar brand. Monitoring, patching, capacity, and migration handled by engineers in your time zone, so tickets stop eating the week.
01 · WHAT YOU GET
The plumbing, off your desk.
WATCH
24/7 monitoring
Hosts, VMs, network, and backup jobs. Alert thresholds tuned to your estate, not defaults.
PATCH
Patch management
A standing window, tested rollouts, and a report you can hand to an auditor.
PLAN
Capacity management
Growth tracked and forecast, so upgrades are planned line items, not emergencies.
MOVE
Migration
Workload moves between platforms, sites, and providers. Assess, mirror, cut over.
FIX
Incident response
On-call engineers with runbooks. Root cause written up, not just restarted.
REPORT
Monthly reporting
What ran, what broke, what was fixed, and what is trending toward a problem.
02 · HOW IT RUNS
Alerts wake us, not you.
Monitoring covers hosts, VMs, network, and backups. An alert goes to the Nebula on-call engineer, the runbook runs, and you read the summary in the morning. Escalation to your team happens on your rules, not at 3am by default. SLA-backed; figures in the proposal.
03 · WHO IT FITS
Three situations we see weekly.
Tickets ate the roadmap
Your two engineers spend the week on password resets and disk alerts. Hand over the plumbing, keep the projects.
Patching is always next month
Unpatched systems are the finding on every assessment. A standing patch window closes it for good.
The one person who knows is leaving
Institutional knowledge in one head is a risk register entry. Documented operations make it survivable.
04 · FAQ
What buyers ask.
Does this replace our IT team?
No. It takes the infrastructure plumbing off their desk: monitoring, patching, capacity, and incident response. Your team keeps the applications and the roadmap.
What estates can you manage?
Clousar cloud, colocated hardware, on-premise estates on Proxmox VE, VMware, or Hyper-V, and mixes of all of them.
Who gets called at 2am?
Nebula on-call. Escalation to your people follows the rules you set, and most events resolve by runbook before anyone on your side wakes up.
Is there an SLA?
Yes, SLA-backed in the contract. Figures live in the proposal, not the website.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many customers start with monitoring and patching only, then extend scope once the reporting proves itself.
